• Billing information — payment details processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Usage data — how you interact with the service, including pages visited, features used, and briefing preferences.
• Contact submissions — name, email, and message content when you reach out via our contact form.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate and deliver your personalized daily business briefings.
• Provide AI-powered insights, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Communicate with you about the service, updates, and support.
• Improve and optimize our product and user experience.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Metric snapshots and briefing history are retained according to your plan tier. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and role-based access controls. For more details, see our Security page.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. The Chartimatic application uses cookie-based authentication for session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
