- Your Shopify store domain (e.g.,
your-store.myshopify.com) or the email on your Chartimatic account. - A short description of the issue and what you expected to happen.
- The integration involved (Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Klaviyo), if applicable.

Billing and subscriptions
If you installed Chartimatic from the Shopify App Store, your subscription is billed through Shopify Billing and managed from your Shopify admin. For accounts created directly on app.chartimatic.com, email support@chartimatic.com and we'll help.
